All odds, "value edges" and probabilities are estimates and may be inaccurate, out of date, or wrong. You are solely responsible for any bets you choose to place.

Paid plans ("Pro") are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Pricing and features may change. Any money-back terms shown at checkout apply as stated there.

The Service contains affiliate links to third-party sportsbooks. If you sign up or deposit through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control those operators, their odds, bonus terms or services, and we are not responsible for them.

You agree not to misuse the Service, scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The Service, its content and branding are owned by BearBetting or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BearBetting is not liable for any losses (including betting losses) arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
